We're excited to share the results of our March 2024 staff survey! 🚀 The survey covers essential areas like staff feelings about their work, the training and support they receive, and whether they feel valued. We're thrilled to see positive responses in most areas and some fantastic feedback, alongside areas for improvement. Over the next few weeks, we'll be sharing more detailed results, but today, we're focusing on training feedback. 🌟 We are happy to report that 92.5% of our staff feel that New Directions supports their learning and development. 🌟 Additionally, 96.2% of our staff find their work interesting and believe it utilises their skills and knowledge.
