We're excited to share the results of our March 2024 staff survey! 🚀 The survey covers essential areas like staff feelings about their work, the training and support they receive, and whether they feel valued. We're thrilled to see positive responses in most areas and some fantastic feedback, alongside areas for improvement. Over the next few weeks, we'll be sharing more detailed results, but today, we're focusing on training feedback. 🌟 We are happy to report that 92.5% of our staff feel that New Directions supports their learning and development. 🌟 Additionally, 96.2% of our staff find their work interesting and believe it utilises their skills and knowledge. These results are a testament to the #NewDirectionsDifference - our unwavering commitment to investing in our team's growth and development. We believe that well-equipped and engaged staff are better positioned to provide exceptional care and support to those we serve. We'll be using this valuable feedback to shape future training programs and continue improving our support for our amazing team.
