When we consider things like labor and ownership and stewardship… entrepreneurs and investments and grants and pools of risk and investments… how it aligns to stake holder and health data… community and bonds and multi sector works and block grants and all sorts of things… it creates a lot of moving parts, none of which stay in static while others move. Now, consider gig work and how that effects numbers… or if a bond or new project or sales goals align to a launch… when do those jobs get advertised? If I’m an investor… where’s the balance of insider information vs good business sense… in a very data rich environment? WE need connections and authenticity without controlling… as controlling is not ok… group dynamics of humanity and learnings are very real… breathe… it’s all very workable.
