This month, Earth will briefly gain a second moon as the small asteroid 2024 PT5 gets caught in our planet’s gravity. Unlike the Moon, which has been around for billions of years, this "mini-moon" will only stay for two months before heading back to orbit the Sun. Which FAR Clauses apply to your contract? To know which FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) clauses apply to you, follow this simple rule: 1. 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻: Understand the entire text to know exactly what is required of you. 2. 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿 (𝗖𝗢) 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗮 𝗙𝗔𝗥 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Don’t assume it applies right away—verify it. 3. 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗶𝗻 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁: Ensure the clause is actually mentioned in your contract.
