We helped two people find new homes this week. And one growing tech company hired two amazing people poised to accelerate that growth. I love when this happens...but, it takes a lot to get to that point. Because talent and hiring is hard. For everyone. Processes are built and data is considered, but it's not black and white. Chad Menefee with some interesting (and surprising) data. Wild proliferation of platforms may actually be reducing the type of access to live sports that WE had as kids. Important for #sportsbusiness leaders to see this coming and solve for it ahead of time. “The reality is that younger cohorts probably won’t enjoy the same access to live sports that their parents did. In that case, we need to invest more to ensure kids develop a love for sports in other ways. . . . Attending games, playing video games, and learning to play a sport will be even more important to compensate for limited access to live sports TV. Not everyone lives close enough or can afford those experiences today, so we should be doing all we can to make these activities easier and more affordable.” #sportsacademies #youthsports #sportsmedia
