Our General Manager for France, Adel Battikh, is back from the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. 🦁 He spent an amazing week learning a lot and meeting inspiring new people. 🤝 Here is his take away from his week. ✨ ✅ Agencies need to help brands transform digitally across the entire customer journey and become agents of change along with their clients. ✅ AI was one of the most discussed topics. AI is not a trendy topic anymore but now the real challenge is how to adopt and scale AI. We are moving from POC to adoption and scaling of AI. 🤖 🚀 ✅There were also lots of discussions around B2B marketing. Some new research reveals that brand awareness is key across the entire buying committee. Don't focus only on the buyers. Over 60% of the time, B2B purchases favour brands recognised by ALL decision-makers, even if competitors offer similar solutions. Don't underestimate the hidden influencers! Building brand awareness with everyone involved in the B2B buying process is critical for success.
