📍note what you’ve seen on their profile that you want to celebrate
📍share something the company is working on that connects to your experience
📍say what it is that you bring to help them grow
2️⃣ Engage with the company brand on LinkedIn
📍comment on their posts
📍follow their page for updates
📍know who their competitors are
3️⃣ Connect with other employees at the company
📍ask about their experience there
📍see if they will list you as a referral
📍share your excitement at joining the team
Do I like that we, as candidates, need to go this extra mile? Not at all.
But if you find a company you really want to be at - this is how you stand out amongst all the other applicants… Because a perfect resume will only help so much
