Since 2019, my journey at HEC Paris has been a whirlwind of growth and learning. From leading the Executive MBA marketing course to managing the MBA program's marketing specialization, each role has been a crucial stepping stone in my service for HEC. Today, I’m thrilled to announce my new role as Head of the Marketing Portfolio Offer in Executive Education. Transitioning into this role is both exciting and challenging, but I’m supported by an incredible team including Dominique Rouziès, Gachoucha Kretz, PhD, Peter Mathias Fischer, Anne-Sophie Bayle-Tourtoulou, Julien Lévy and Axel Tasciyan. Their expertise and dedication inspire me daily and drive me forward.  On 07.10.2023, I had the immense honour of receiving my diploma from EDHEC Business School, concluding an incredible 4-year journey in pursuit of my BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) degree. I am both humbled and proud to say that, among my talented cohort of 92 peers in the luxury section, I emerged as the top performer. For all this, I would like to sincerely thank all my teachers, mentors, colleagues and friends who have played an essential role in this chapter. In particular, Mrs Marie-Catherine Mars, Ph.D, who has left her mark on these years and on my future. Your encouragement, guidance, and support have been instrumental in shaping my path. 
 A page is turning, a chapter is closing and a new one, full of potential and challenges, is opening up before me!

What an amazing journey this MBA was..! Today I successfully defended my thesis on “Post acquisition integration processes and it’s human dimensions challenges - How cultural and Human challenges impact the success of an integration process in an acquisition” for the obtention of the international MBA of the iaelyon School of Management at Jean Moulin University. This is not just a milestone in my profesional and personal life. This was a big learning process. I’m not talking just about the theoretical an practical side of a master’s degree. I’m talking about the fact of discover that we can go beyond our limits, that we can go that extra mile and that we are capable of that and more. When I see what I achieved and how this was done, I feel proud of myself (I always minimize or neglect my wins). But this one has a special taste. This year was one of the most difficult in my life for several reasons. But I always had a bunch of people pushing and supporting me to continue this adventure. I realized then how important is to have the right people around you. And this applies for all aspects in your life. I cannot thanks enough all the people who helped and supported me during this journey: family, friends, classmates, colleagues and managers. Trust me, it would have been more difficult without your help. Thanks to my teachers for the help during the master and to my tutor Noémie Dominguez for the guidance and the help with the thesis. Thanks also to Envoy and everybody who participated in this study to allow me to develop this my research based in their experience. And a last word just to say that we have to follow our dreams. No matter the age, the difficulties that we find in life or the obstacles that sometimes we create by ourselves. Think big, dream big and go for it. Life is good… and we will always find a way to achieve our goals and make our dreams come true. This adventure arrived to the end…!

I am thrilled to share that last Saturday, alongside my incredible cohort of 55 fellow MBA candidates, I had the privilege of entering Nova School of Business and Economics auditorium to receive the diplomas from The Lisbon MBA Católica | Nova and MIT Sloan School of Management. Our seats were identified with our names and the official MBA photos taken 2 years ago. My picture was so bad that one of my fellow MBA friend joked I looked like I escaped from jail 🙀 . We shared a hearty laugh🤣. But quality issues aside, there was something far deeper that struck me when I looked at my image - a sense of unrecognizability. In that moment, I grappled with the feeling of not being able to connect with the person captured in that photograph. However, I took a deep breath and made a conscious decision to embrace and celebrate the transformation I witnessed before my eyes. Indeed, I feel immensely proud of my personal growth.🌟 🚀 The words of Pedro Oliveira, Dean of Nova SBE, shared during his opening message resonated deeply with me as he summarized the essence of my learning journey: "Be bold. There are countless choices awaiting you. Trust yourself. Trust your heart. Have the courage to let go of things that hold no significance." Furthermore, David V Capodilupo's opening remarks provided invaluable advice, of which I captured two key point: "1) ⌛ Make the most of your time, so that time does not take advantage of you. 2) Prioritize self-care and prioritize your health 🧘♂️ ." Also, as our commencement speaker, Steven Braekeveldt from Ageas Group Portugal, reminded us, we should strive to become weavers, intricately connecting and positively impacting the world around us. Finally, among the speeches we heard, there was a common point:  the power of #community. 🤝 🌍 . From the very first week of this incredible journey, I was impressed by the diversity of people I had the pleasure of meeting. Without the MBA, our paths may never have crossed. Yet, we became Amazing&Awesome friends (private joke). I am convinced those connections will last forever as we feel proud of each other’s achievements. I believe that my journey to success is not an easy journey, but that’s not the reason for giving up. I am proud of myself and proud of every step I take toward reaching my goal and dreams. one of my dream become true. I'm just so thankful and feeling blessed that I am finally obtained the MBA degree from Paris ESLSCA Business School in the global marketing major. ***Pushing Beyond Limits*** Today, I am excited to share that I have been placed on the distinction list for my Executive MBA program at HEC Paris. This recognition is not just a milestone; it represents a personal challenge I set for myself to achieve excellence while managing my professional responsibilities. Setting the goal of achieving distinction was not about earning a title. It was about challenging myself to push beyond my limits and grow both personally and professionally. As an Executive Vice President at Intalio, my work responsibilities were demanding. Balancing these duties with my studies required unwavering dedication and strong commitment. Embarking on this journey, I knew effective time management was crucial. Prioritizing tasks, setting clear goals, and maintaining a structured schedule were essential to meet the demands of my professional and academic commitments. Maintaining high standards in both areas was challenging, but the drive for excellence kept me motivated. Beyond time management, stepping out of my comfort zone was key. Embracing challenges and pushing limits showed me that remarkable achievements are possible and highlighted the importance of continuous growth and seeking new opportunities. Striving for excellence provided the opportunity to learn, read, and research more. It allowed me to think creatively and approach problems with fresh perspectives. Pursuing excellence not only led to personal growth but also enabled me to contribute new ideas in my professional life. This journey has shown me that seeking excellence can foster a deeper understanding and innovative thinking, which are essential in today's fast-changing world. Reflecting on this experience, my key takeaways are: 1- Set high standards and view obstacles as opportunities to grow. 2- Stay committed to your goals, even when the path is tough. 3- Manage your time wisely to balance multiple responsibilities. 4- Always challenge yourself to step out of your comfort zone. 5- Seeking excellence can foster deeper understanding and creativity. Excited to announce my graduation from SDA Bocconi as an 𝗠𝗕𝗔. This journey has been incredibly enlightening, and I've had the privilege to learn and grow in numerous ways. Sharing a few insights from my experience that have helped shape me into a better Aayush, in the hopes that it would inspire all MBA students starting their journey this year: 1. 𝗞𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀. Regardless of differences, treating everyone with respect fosters a positive environment and opens doors to new opportunities. 2. 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗳 𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹. In the face of doubt, trusting in yourself fuels resilience and perseverance. 3. 𝗦𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵. Asking questions and seeking guidance accelerate learning and development. 4. 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗳𝘂𝗲𝗹𝘀 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵. Never stop questioning and exploring new ideas—it's the path to innovation. 5. 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀' 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. Acknowledging and appreciating the efforts of colleagues and collaborators builds strong, supportive networks. 6. Life can be challenging, so don't overexert yourself. Take time to relax, recover and revive. As 𝗗𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗹𝗹-𝗻𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗲𝘆𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝗴𝘀. 𝙍𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙟𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙣𝙚𝙮 𝙩𝙤 𝙨𝙪𝙘𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙞𝙨 𝙖 𝙢𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙣, 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙖 𝙨𝙥𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙩. I mention this because I understand that the first few months of an MBA might be daunting and encourage you to participate in the rat race of obtaining the highest package; nonetheless, it is critical to understand that one may not always get what one desires. Still, it is crucial to love the process rather than the result, because it is the process of hunting what makes a lion look the way he looks and not the meat. We recently hosted visitors from ESCP Business School, one of our partner schools on the Transformation MBA programme. This is the first time that we have hosted ESCP London MBA students on campus and both Cranfield and ESCP MBA cohorts were treated to a masterclass by the inspirational Stephen Carver and several activities throughout the day. Cranfield’s partnership with ESCP offers our MBA cohort the opportunity to spend one month abroad at either the ESCP Turin campus or the ESCP Madrid campus in June; Turin’s modules allow students to specialise in either Luxury Management or Fin-Tech and Innovation, and Madrid provides further specialisation in consulting. During their time abroad, our MBA students at each campus will partake in a real-life consultancy project in line with the chosen specialisation. Previous MBA cohorts enjoyed the ever-popular International Business Assignment (IBA), but this new opportunity provides Cranfield students with even greater international exposure and networking opportunities. Parli Italiano? ¿Hablas español? Our students have been having Italian or Spanish lessons during the last few months as part of the Transformation MBA programme, to ensure that they get the most out of their intensive study period abroad. "Put yourself in situations where you are not comfortable": this the motto for the next two years! This week, I flew to Paris to begin a new journey: I’ve joined the Executive MBA program at ESCP, the world’s first and oldest business school. This experience isn't just about acquiring new hard skills; it's about meeting incredible people, learning from outstanding professors, and collaborating with exceptional professionals as we tackle assignments and everyday challenges together. This journey will allow me to continue pursuing my goal of continuous personal improvement, navigating topics beyond my current area of expertise. It's about critically analyzing yourself as a human being, discovering your blind spots, and ultimately learning how to mitigate them. Until recently, I felt both excited and doubtful about embarking on this path. You know what? It has been absolutely amazing! I was surrounded by best-in-class professionals, and together we’ve already had a taste of what the coming years will bring: a place where people from all over the world, with different stories and backgrounds, come together to think collectively for a common purpose: the pursuit of excellence! A huge thanks to Roberto Quaglia for your outstanding lessons, and to the entire ESCP team Francesco Venuti, Manon Marinière, Amely Bauer, Marta Leonardi and all others for making me feel like part of a big family already.
