It's been such an exciting few months for recruitment at Mysa! We've filled some major positions with incredibly talented individuals that are going to help scale our growth. 🚀 Throughout the recruitment process for these senior level positions, we've had some great takeaways: 1. LinkedIn is a powerful tool for sourcing. It gives you a refined searching tool to have access to a large pool of passive candidates. 💻 2. Keep your mind open for future opportunties that great candidates can fill. Sometimes a five star candidate may not be the right fit for one position, but you know they would be such a great asset on your team. 🤔 3. Always tailor your recruitment efforts to best suit each position (ie: understanding the best return for paid posting outlets). ✅ 4. Dive into data analytics and understand how to interpret or adjust the process from the results (Kudos to Jeremy Grimes for this). 📊 5. Create a genuine connection from the start with all candidates. Recruitment is all about making sure the candidate is the best fit for your team - if you create a genuine, transparent relationship from the start, you'll organically begin to have a deeper understanding of culture fit, alongside technicality. 🤝 It's been a pleasure to be a part of the process of hiring these amazing new team members. They have brought an excitement to our team given their level of knowledge, expertise and drive to make a difference. 🙌 Here's to an exciting year!

Being one of only 4 distributors of this product it is important everyone is on the same page 📄when discussing this visionary product 📦 🟡 Should be hitting up a Teams 💻 with Victor C. from sun.store to talk about our on-going collaboration. 🟡 Our pals at SW Group Logistics Ltd are coming down to discuss our very fast growing demands logistically speaking 🚛 and about how we manage this growth Christian Knox and his team are very much part of our team at Callidus Wholesale Ltd 🤝 🟡 SKE Engineering GmbH l Huawei Fusion Solar VAP Distributor are also going to be training our team, including Matthew Cox by their own admission they took their foot off last year but are really ramping up their 🇬🇧 presence again 💪🏼 and Richard Collins will help get this messaging across to the team so that we can have these conversations with our customers. All being said, it’s still many contractors favourite installation products 🔋 🟡 Our second EcoFlow Teams of the week talking to Coco about our collaborative marketing efforts for 2024. As one of only 4 of their distribution partners all of us Callidus Wholesale Ltd take this meeting very seriously. 🟡 I am interviewing another candidate for a Sales position in Andover and have a dual call with Callum Edney already down in Bridport (hoping to whizz down to Dorchester as ran out of time last week) both him and Ben Arnold are already knocking on customer 🚪 which is great to see. Below, Tristan shares the best work advice he ever received — as well as his ethos on the simple trait behind every good sales campaign. Q: What's one campaign you've run through FEVO that you're especially proud of? A: I’ve been proud of us being able to run our larger theme and heritage nights through FEVO, such as our UM (University of Miami) and FPL (Florida Power & Light) Days. With the new upgrades, we’ve been able to increase the customer experience when getting their tickets to them successfully. Q: What's one thing that ticket sellers and marketers often get wrong in our line of work? A: The power of authenticity. There’s so much value in being genuine and authentic, whether it’s on a call to a potential buyer, making a theme night, or even having a presence in the community. The most successful marketing and sales initiatives I’ve seen come when the team takes the time to truly learn about the initiative or the client rather than trying to come up with a “groundbreaking idea.” Q: What's a memorable game or live event you've personally attended? A: Opening Audi Field in 2018. It’s such a rare honor to open a brand new stadium and go through that process, I’ll always be grateful to D.C. United giving me that opportunity. Q: What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received with regard to your job? A: “The way you do anything is the way you do everything.” I was told this by one of my favorite mentors and it’s stuck with me to this day. Pay attention to the details, because the little things add up to be the important things, whether it’s how you treat your staff, make calls, do a proposal, or operate on game day. Be consistent with how you operate in your life every day.
