What makes an experience positive? The best experiences for me are those that are well executed. They don’t have to be “insane” or “bespoke” to be good. They just have to be authentic and consistent. Experiences should enhance the destination or provide some escape. The advice I give my clients is: what is the end goal? Where do you want to go with this? Once we know - then standards are created or adapted, teams are informed and trained and then consistency is measured through inspection and engagement. You have amazing service at a bagel shop or at a convenience store. The effects and results of great service is available to anyone. Mixing in the touch of luxury will only help separate your brand and elevate it to call even more people to your brand. How do you create unique or authentic experiences?
