There’s a new Google Ads bug affecting some advertisers, with Audience Insights disappearing from certain accounts. Google's Ads Liaison, Ginny Marvin, clarified on X that "Audience Insights is not being removed," but acknowledged that a bug is causing the issue. The Audience Insights report in Google Ads provides valuable data on customer characteristics, interests, and behaviors, helping advertisers better understand the users who view and convert through their ads. Ginny further mentioned, "The team is aware of the issue preventing the report from displaying in some accounts and is actively working on a fix."
