[Employee Ambassador Class] "How We Act, How We Look, How We Say" On 16 August 2024, me and my fellow Great People Trainee Program (GPTP) Batch XIX Telkom Indonesia participated in an insightful “Employee Ambassador Class”. Here's the summary: ✨ The insight that I can get from this class is that every person can have an impact for their company. How we act, how we look, and how we say can influence the company's image. Therefore, it is important to be careful in what we act and what we say, both on social media and in real life. 👩🏻💻 Case Studies: we are divided into several groups to carry out a real project in Telkom Indonesia. Group 5 and I received a case related to communication strategies in dealing with negative company issues. Lastly. Thank God, I'm #LivinginTelkom #TelkomIndonesia #ElevatingYourFuture #ElevatingYourCareer #AmbassadorLIT

"Why Newbies Take Time to Open Up: Understanding the Slow Start in New Environments" Being a newbie often takes time to open up because adjusting to a new environment involves overcoming initial barriers of trust and familiarity. Colleagues may be cautious or busy, which can unintentionally come across as unwelcoming. Additionally, established teams might have their dynamics and workflows, making it challenging for newcomers to fit in immediately. It's important to approach this period with patience and proactivity. Engaging in conversations, showing eagerness to contribute, and understanding the team’s culture can help bridge these gaps. Over time, as relationships build and trust is established, integration becomes smoother and more welcoming. #workplaceculture #Newbeginnings

Starting a new job is incredibly exciting, but it is often accompanied by a bit of nervousness. What will people think of me? Will I fit in? Will I meet expectations? However, all those nerves vanished after my first day at anzuk Education. I was fortunate to meet two wonderful individuals, Lucy Kammermann and Carla Jarufe, who are also in anzuk's academy program with me. These two have hearts (and stomachs) of gold. If you are ever in Brisbane and need a foodie buddy, don’t be shy to reach out to them – they never say no to good food! Our first day was led by Elly Georgiou and Tara Schultz-Furler who made us feel instantly welcomed. We covered the academy’s purpose, schedule, rotations, career pathways, and success in the program. We also had lunch with former program members who shared their invaluable insights and first-hand experiences. This made the learning process more relatable and encouraging, setting the stage for a smooth transition into the rest of the onboarding week. The onboarding week stood out for several reasons: 1) Structured: The week had a clear mission and a well-defined schedule, providing a comprehensive understanding of what to expect. 2) Organisational Insight: Learning about anzuk's story, values, and cross-collaborative teams made me appreciate their purpose even more – it is clear that we are part of something special here. 3) Networking Opportunities: Meeting other new employees from various departments (and states!) was a pleasant surprise and allowed us to build early connections. 4) Supportive Environment: Our accommodation and meal expenses were covered, allowing us to focus entirely on learning and bonding without logistical concerns. This thoughtful gesture truly set the tone for the week. The week was packed with learning, networking, and personal growth, clearly demonstrating that anzuk value their people as their greatest asset. It reinforced why I chose anzuk Education and showed me how dedicated the organisation is to creating exceptional experiences. Grateful for the opportunity and here's to the new adventure ahead! P.S. Special shoutout to Vaishali Sudan for capturing this moment! ❤️

𝐆𝐑𝐌 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐆𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐎𝐮𝐭 'If we give them a fish, We feed them for a day. If we teach them to fish, We feed them for a lifetime.' We have activated students from TIDREC @ UM of Malaysia, giving them the opportunity to upskill themselves and learn a holistic set of skills for their future careers. Special thanks to PRAVENA K of Virtual Assistance Asia (Our GRM Ambassador) for connecting us to TIDREC@UM. Academic knowledge is important but we recognize many fields are becoming ever increasingly competitive. To be successful in this tough environment, candidates for jobs have to bring along a “competitive edge” that distinguishes them from other candidates with similar qualifications and comparable evaluation results. GRM provided these students to take their first step toward a brighter and more competitive future through ReSkills. ReSkills platform is designed to offer a broad spectrum of courses, soft skills development, and comprehensive preparation for success. We will continue our mission to empower individuals and promote lifelong learning. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 𝐆𝐥𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 | 𝐀 𝐂𝐒𝐑 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐛𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 A social empowerment initiative aimed at helping global individuals to provide complimentary education and develop the skills needed to thrive in the rapidly changing job market.
