The challenge of risk mitigation grows as your business grows. The youth sports industry inherently carries a lot of risk by the very nature of executing large scale events, use of third party facilities, dealing with minors and so much more. As a business owner in any industry, a simple question to ask yourself is "What about my business keeps me up at night?" I see three common areas for concern with the business owners I speak to: 1. Employee Retention: After investing time and energy on professional development and helping build a best-in class staff - how do I keep them? 2. Compliance Issues: With success and scale comes headaches of compliance, including DOL, ACA, Secure 2.0 etc. How do I protect my business? 3. Liability: Large entities and events naturally expose companies to liability. How do I make sure I am doing everything I can to limit liability, and in the event of an incident, make sure I have followed appropriate steps and documented everything? Registration player ➡️ Each association must have an electronic player registration system, wich must assign each player a FIFA ID when the player is first registered. A player must be registered at an association to play for a club as either a professional or an amateur. Only electronically registered players identified with a FIFA ID are eligible to participate in organised football. ➡️ A player may only be registered with one club at a time. ➡️ Players may be registered with a maximum of three clubs during one season. During this period, a player is only eligible to play official matches for two clubs. As an exception to this rule, a player moving between two clubs belonging to associations with overlapping season ( i.e. start of the season in summer/autumn as opposed to winter/ spring) may be eligible to play in official matches for a third club during the relevant season, provided they have fully complied with their contractual obligations towards their previous clubs. ⚽️ #fifaexammaterials #spaacademy #RSTP #coachKeric

How does the new Champions League draw work? ✅ AUTOMATIC No more balls. With the new format, it would have taken more than 1,000 balls to establish all the pairings. The UEFA Champions League draw will be all automated with the software AE Live. ✅ THREE CRITERIA The pairing criteria will be three. 1️⃣ The ‘brackets’ into which the clubs have been divided 2️⃣ No club will be able to meet a team from the same nation in the first eight matches. 3️⃣ No club will be able to face more than two clubs from the same league. ✅ DOUBLE CONTROL The choices of computer number one will be cross-checked by two other independent software. The start of the Euro Cup is only two weeks away. Who are you cheering for? Here’s how players get compensated for participating. Soccer players who participate in the UEFA European Championship, commonly known as the Euro Cup, do not receive direct payments for playing in the tournament itself. Instead, the national football associations of the participating teams are responsible for paying their players. Players are typically paid by their respective national football associations based on agreements negotiated between the players' union (such as FIFPro) and the football associations. These agreements cover various aspects, including match bonuses, appearance fees, and performance-related bonuses. In addition to payments from their national football associations, players also earn money from their clubs through their contracts. When players participate in international tournaments like the Euro Cup, their clubs may receive compensation from the national football associations for releasing their players for the tournament. Overall, the exact payment structure can vary between national teams and players, but players generally do not receive direct payments from UEFA for participating in the Euro Cup.
