Today's the day 💥
With the collaboration of 83 𝐠𝐥𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐫𝐬, the 2024 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐎𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 ('DSO') industry benchmark report is being shared with all participants 𝐭𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐲.
We launched the inaugural DSO benchmark in 2023, with the participation of 43 global brand manufacturers. Since then, over 100 global brand manufacturers have participated in our range of benchmarks.
Participants in DSO include digital commerce leaders and practitioners, from 30 markets/ countries, across 19 categories, with combined total global revenues of $757 billion.
We continue to pursue our mission to set global industry standards in digital commerce capabilities, with DSO as one of the cornerstones of cross-functional capabilities.
👉 Aside from the latest insights, straight from industry practitioners, the level of intelligence that we have been able to generate has enabled us to quantify the 𝐝𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧 % 𝐚𝐧𝐝 $ 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐬 between those that 'have' and those that 'don't have' a defined set of capabilities, identifying 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 37% 𝐢𝐧 𝐩𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡.
👉 Perhaps one of the most eagerly awaited results is that of the 'most admired brands on the digital shelf'... last year, Procter & Gamble, Unilever and L'Oréal were 1,2,3 - how will this change this year?...
Join our briefing on 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 16𝐭𝐡 at 3pm GMT/ 4pm CET/ 10am ET, hosted by our 'Chief So What Officer', Gregor Murray, who will share his perspectives on the implications of the results, and open up to community Q&A:
