Beyond, Inc. Inc. acquires Zulily in $4.5m deal 👏 The American group who own brands Overstock and Bed Bath & Beyond, have announced the acquisition of the ecommerce company's intellectual property and brand assets. Assets purchased include the website and domain names, trademarks, customer database, social media accounts and website software. Beyond believes that the move with further strengthen its position in the discount retail market. Marcus Lemonis, Executive Chairman of Beyond, commented: "This acquisition doubles down on our belief in the off-price market, and its importance to building our business, improving our margin profile, and growing our customer file.
