When people think all you do is play with promotions and you remind them that your client deliverables are far more extravagant: - Turnaround topline decline to growth ahead of market / market share gains. - Reframe category and brands to create and capture more value. - Determine demand spaces and attributes where consumers have a higher willingness to pay. - Identify pricing headroom opportunities, and then lead clients to successfully take price. - Offset cost of goods' increases without changing WLP. - Expand retailer trading margin linking into supporting behaviors. - Review, improve or remove participation from negative ROI customer events. - Triangulate winning with grocery and discounters. - Distribution channel assessments, where to play and how to win? - Improvement program on gross margin / net price. - Turnaround failing innovation. - Value chain assessment across the total portfolio. - Identify how to compete in segments with high volumes on deal and with a reduced trade spend allocation.
