Hey, so...3 whole states have set things up so that protests or you know your right to protect yourself from tyranny as the right usually says, can be made into a legal matter, if anything escalates. Now, you all may think that's a good thing but what I see, it's a way for the government to infringe on the 1st Amendment rights of free speech. Yes, violence can be a problem for any side; however, if the government goes against the already agreed upon laws that we're all allowed to say whatever we want, without getting arrested, as long as we don't cause damage or harm (as long as cops or outsiders don't instigate), then, what's the point of having a constitution, if the government no longer has honor? The US Supreme Court has struck down efforts by individual states to disqualify Donald Trump from running for president using an anti-insurrection constitutional clause. Colorado had barred Mr Trump from its Republican primary, arguing he incited the 2021 Capitol riot. I joined WION (World Is One News) to discuss the impact of the #SCOTUS decision on Donald Trump's campaign, the #elections, and future candidates, and discussed the states rights' vs federal authorities as part of the decision and why Trump will try, but fail, to interpret the decision in his favor as absolving him of all related #insurrection claims accusations.
