Last week, we welcomed our newest engineering technician, Robert Obermeyer! We asked some questions to learn more about him: Q: What’s your favorite thing about your profession? A: There can be times when I’ve been given or have an opportunity to use my creativity and I like to take advantage of it when it comes around. Some of the most memorable projects I’ve worked on required some amount of creative thinking or abstract problem solving.  Q: What excites you most about your new position? A: I’m most excited about the new opportunities to learn an array of different tools, software, hardware, and all the new coworkers I get to collaborate with.    Q: What drew you to F&A? A: A lot of the major categories checked the boxes for me personally. Office location, commute, the people, the interview process, hybrid schedule, to name just a few. Q: If you weren’t in this field for a living, what would you be doing? A: I think I would be trying to adapt one of my hobbies into a profitable endeavor, possibly 3D-printing/design.   Q: Last book you read? A: Three Body Problem.   Q: What are your three favorite foods? A: Lobster, oysters, king crab legs, clearly a fan of seafood.       Q: What was your first job?
