We take for granted our ability to make phone calls or get mail easily. With limited access to daily-used items, such as a cell phone and a mailing address, it makes getting through day by day in a society where these items are the “norm” a lot more stressful for our unhoused neighbors. Since 2020, Montco Street Medicine has been in the streets, filling in the gaps and supporting people in our communities with their medical, dental, psychiatric and even basic needs like a place to charge a phone or pick up mail.
