This week Caroline Segerstéen Runervik hosted the first live Nordic Townhall, celebrating acievements from the first half of the year and all the great work done by or team members cross Capgemini in the Nordics.   As we are approaching summer we have had summer mingles with our great Capgemini Invent community last week. I am so proud of our teams in Sweden, Denmark and Finland. This was a really very effective community meeting in beautiful Hamburg   Last week, our team gathered in the picturesque city of Hamburg for an IX Life Science community meeting. The event was a powerful reminder of the unique potential we have as one team at Accenture, especially when it comes to serving our Pharma and MedTech clients.   The energy of the group was great aligned on the exciting possibilities we can bring to our clients, such as PAS-X. But our capabilities extend far beyond this. We delved into strategic insights, data-driven decisions, and the transformative power of GenAI and robotics. Each discussion highlighted our collective expertise and the innovative solutions we offer.   What truly stood out was the sense of unity and collaboration. Our experts from various fields—strategy, data, GenAI, and robotics—came together, sharing ideas and forging stronger connections. This synergy is what enables us to deliver comprehensive and impactful solutions to our clients.   As we move forward, the bonds we strengthened in Hamburg will propel us to new heights. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗿𝘂𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗛𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗻𝘀: 𝗔 𝗟𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝘁 𝗛𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰! Participating in Hackfest 2024: A national hackathon associated with SAP 𝗟𝗮𝗯𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗣𝘃𝘁. 𝗟𝘁𝗱. and 𝗣𝗦𝗚 𝗶𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵 was an incredible experience for our team. We competed at a national level, among 120+ teams from North India. Our project, "𝗩𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗵𝗮𝗮𝘆𝗮," aimed at promoting sustainability and environmental solutions, successfully got us through the regional round. In the virtual round, we presented our problem statement, solution, target customers, prototype model, and the technologies we used. However, we ran out of time and couldn't cover critical aspects like competitor analysis, our business model, and market analysis. This ultimately cost us a spot in the grand finale. From this experience, we learned a valuable lesson: time management is crucial. Properly managing our presentation time could have allowed us to deliver a more comprehensive pitch. Kudos to my dedicated teammates— RAVISH Kumar, Nikhil Kumar Mishra, and @sahil Hussain—for their hard work and collaboration. I recently completed a challenging and insightful simulation as a Technical Consultant with Accenture. This experience allowed me to apply my skills in a dynamic environment, tackling real-world scenarios that require innovative solutions and strategic thinking. Throughout the simulation, I focused on enhancing AI-driven support, personalizing features, and improving user navigation to create a seamless online experience for customers. This project not only reinforced my technical expertise but also highlighted the importance of collaboration and adaptability in a fast-paced industry.
