#BalHarbourShopsExpansion: Plans Unveiled for Residential Towers & Workforce Housing In a bid to enhance the local housing landscape, Bal Harbour Shops is set to construct multiple residential towers, including workforce housing. This initiative aims to provide accommodation for those working in the village, fostering a vibrant live-work community. The development will allocate 40% of its residential units to workforce housing, ensuring accessibility for the local workforce. Meanwhile, the remaining 60% will be dedicated to luxurious living, maintaining the high-end design and features synonymous with the Bal Harbour Shops luxury brand. Not only will this expansion cater to housing needs, but it will also introduce a 70-room upscale hotel and an additional 45,700 square feet of retail space.
