I speak a lot about burnout, especially for nonprofit leaders. That’s because burnout levels have been rising, not declining, since COVID, and I don’t think we are giving this issue the attention it deserves. The good news is that the warning signs of burnout are recognizable, preventable, and reversible. Here’s one way you can start, especially if you think there is no possible way your organization can prevent burnout among employees. This is what centering wellbeing in the workplace can look like.
