We published The State of Employee Benefits 2024 a week ago, covering insights across 4500+ policies, across 80 benefits. In our conversations with the people leaders over the past year, we realised that what's lacking is a sense of benchmarks, we get questions around the same during our engagements. We listened and decided this report shouldn't have superficial insights, so we went deep into maternity, inclusion, and preventive health. Three things that stood out to me: -Indian organisations are setting higher standards for employee benefits despite operating in a cost-conscious environment. -Still, only less than 15% of Indian companies offer truly inclusive coverage. -Looking ahead, managing employee benefits is poised to become an integral component of the HR tech stack. We launched this at our event in the presence of 50+ people leaders, and we've gotten great feedback. If you're a people leader who’d like a physical copy, DM me and I'll ship it your way. Sharing the digital copy of report in comments. Plum

I boost 🚀 PRODUCTIVITY and employee ENGAGEMENT through employee-driven INNOVATION and a culture of ENTREPRENEURSHIP. 💲PAY-FOR-PERFORMANCE-only💲
🌟 Catalyze Pay, Benefits, and Well-being with Intrapreneurship for Superior Employee Experience. 🌟 In the evolving corporate world, the integration of pay, benefits, and well-being is vital for a comprehensive employee experience. The insights shared at People Matters TRWC 2023 are invaluable in understanding this integration's impact on performance, retention, and engagement. Neelam Vaswani of J&J Group, Seema Ajwani of Accenture, and Dr. Nandini S of Infosys led a compelling panel discussion titled "Solving The Performance Puzzle With Personal Value Proposition." They highlighted how technology and HR are pivotal in connecting employee purpose with organizational objectives. A key takeaway is the role of well-being in the workplace. Neelam Vaswani emphasized an ecosystem that goes beyond competitive pay, addressing emotional, relational, physical, financial, purposeful, and employable aspects of employee life. Seema Ajwani shared Accenture's initiatives in this regard, including the ‘Care To Do Better’ research and a platform called Nudge for financial guidance. The synergy between intrapreneurship and wellness, as described in the article, is quite profound. Intrapreneurship, or fostering entrepreneurial skills within an organization, naturally complements the push for comprehensive well-being. Intrapreneurial cultures encourage creativity, autonomy, and a sense of ownership, which align well with initiatives aimed at personal and professional well-being. They create an environment where employees feel valued and understood, which is crucial for their holistic well-being. The article beautifully ties in how organizations are now focusing on hyper-personalizing programs to meet individual needs and life moments, emphasizing inclusivity and belonging. This approach is much in line with intrapreneurial principles, which thrive on understanding and addressing unique perspectives and needs within a team. As we look forward to a future where employee well-being is at the forefront, integrating these principles of intrapreneurship can significantly enhance our approach to designing effective work policies and environments. #EmployeeExperience #Intrapreneurship #Wellness #PeopleMatters #HRInnovation

Employee Benefits/Human Capital Business Partner; Working alongside business leaders to develop and manage programs that can best serve their business and their most important asset - the employees
The United States Bureau of Labor and Statistics has estimated that approximately 30% of the work force will be Generation Z by 2030. In addition to flexible working conditions, studies have shown that a majority of the Gen Z population values feeling supported by their employers both financially and through robust benefit programs. Outside of the traditionally utilized programs (core benefits, worksite benefits, PTO Programs, 401k) - organizations are exploring "non-traditional" benefits and flexible programs, while thinking outside of the box to create total rewards value propositions that will be well received by what is soon to be the largest group within their employee base.
