Last Night Frank Fiume, CFE spoke with my mastermind group! First off if you don’t know Frank he is a pioneer in the franchising industry and founder of I9 sports - the nations leading Franchisor of youth leagues and camps. "𝐈𝐧 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨 𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐫 𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐬, 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬"... ... and I learned a lot while playing pentonque / boccia / boule with our major EMEA TIP partners earlier this week and spending some valuable days together with them and also our A&E partners in our headquarters in Lund. 𝐌𝐲 𝐤𝐞𝐲 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬: - a bit of #competition is healthy and keeps you on your toes. It forces you to be observant towards market trends and to constantly innovate to stay ahead - a certain #openness towards your partners and competitors can be very beneficial as described with the word #coopetition: it is not about avoiding competition, but rather harnessing its potential for mutually beneficial outcomes - I definitely prefer to be on the #winning side, but things can change quickly (as experienced during the petonque game :-)) So thanks to all our partners for being so open, collaborative and coopetitive. And Dmitry Streltsov and Steven Kenny - you were being great hosts to our partners!
