A Safe Haven, The Blessing that this organization is, and it's reach of resources, services and support goes beyond human comprehension. As a former employee and an Alumni of A Safe Haven, I speak from professional and personal experience. This organization is the WORK Of GOD, whom I choose to call my HIGHER POWER. I say this, simply because of the core of this organization, it's mission and goals, but most of all it's objectives. In providing excellent wrap around services, it takes a highly sincere degree of dedication, determination and discipline from the administration, it's core, to be able to achieve such greatness in helping other people build a better life for themselves as it does continuously for numerous amounts of people. Many organizations say they do this , or they provide that. However, to be successful in accomplishing your mission, your overall goal and objectives, the delivery has to be catapulted from the top to the bottom and back to the top again. I am describing the uniqueness of the staff. From the executives to the entry level position, the individuals work together hand in hand, and side by side with each client on a case by case basis and collectively. At A Safe Haven, the difference from other organizations is that the unity of the individuals that deliver the services is as if it's one person. Therefore the objectives are easily obtained through the work of the individuals in need of the services. It's a team effort , that gets the job done. Don't let that go over your head ! See the goal is met by the way the employees are on one accord. Then, they build their rapport with the clients, making them feel " a part of", and therefore giving the clients the opportunity to perform at their greatest optimal level. It's like a ring of Love that goes round and round,,,A Safe Haven lifts you up to be successful and instills "HOPE" within you, which allows you to stand on your own and continue to be successful. They have compassion and integrity, with an intellect that is so divine that it has to be the work of GOD. "They don't just give you fish, they show you how to fish".... Thank You, Carlton E.
