CEO & Founder of the Authentic Leaders Institute, creating authentic leaders capable of leading us forward
As we witness the final death throes of this horrific human tragedy, with all of its cost in children, the innocent and our humanity, we must find a path forward. We are now all obligated to those who have paid the ultimate price and those that must now live in the aftermath of our collective failure. Many will fail to see the lessons that this affront to our humanity is showing us all. However enough do, and we are many from all parts of the world. We understand our values, we see your horror, we see your crimes, but most of all we see you. To understand the true horror of this madness against humanity, you must first believe that all are equally valuable and all are valid. Therefore this is our worst on full display. An unjust environment exploding into horror of the worse kind, unstoppable despite our voices. However all things end, and how this ends is vital for our future. Expanding horror is not the aim, stopping it once and for all is the aim, nothing less will do for those who have paid and will pay for this madness. It’s our shared existence too, create one where the innocent don’t have to pay for our failures #notinmyname #endthismadnessnow #evolutionoverrevolution

The cycle of violence seems never-ending, leaving scars that run deep within the hearts of those affected. Each conflict brings with it a wave of suffering, displacing families and shattering lives. It’s heartbreaking to witness how hatred breeds more hatred, fueling an endless loop of retaliation. We often ask ourselves, when will we learn from the past? The lessons of history seem to fade away in the face of anger and vengeance. The cries for peace are drowned out by the sounds of conflict, and amidst the chaos, the innocent suffer the most. What if, instead of drawing lines of division, we chose to build bridges of understanding? If we could see beyond our differences and recognize our shared humanity, perhaps there is hope for a future without war. The world deserves better than this relentless cycle of despair. It is a call for compassion, for empathy, and for a collective effort to seek resolutions that honor the lives of all people. Only then can we hope for a brighter tomorrow, where no one has to live in fear of violence and loss.

The stakes are high, but not for the reasons many claim. We need more than empty dialogue untethered from history, truth and fact. This is deeper than electoral politics, bourgeois discourse, and cowardly support of the status quo...this is about world humanity, the future of the planet, the lifeworld of all living organisms, the reconfiguration of global society, and principled ideological struggle. This is about a long tradition of revolution and transformation, in the face of a crumbling U.S. empire/Western hegemony. Did you know that feeling hot can fuel rage? A study published in Nature found that higher temperatures can lead to increased violence. The correlation between temperature and aggression has been observed throughout history and across different fields. This is a fascinating objective, I guess you could say, "exoteric historical view" of cyclical systemic changes in nations throughout time. It seems much aligned with what many esotericists perceive as "the plan" for world goodwill and the cyclical preponderance of various cosmic rays (now outgoing 6th and incoming 7th) which usher in great change: "...While civil wars and revolutions are typically extremely painful, they often lead to restructurings that, if done well, can establish the foundation for improved future results. What the future after the civil war/revolution looks like depends on how the next steps are handled. Conclusion My study of history has taught me that nothing is forever other than evolution, and within evolution there are cycles that are like tides that come in and go out and that are hard to change or fight against. To handle these changes well it is essential to know which stage of the cycle one is in and to know timeless and universal principles for dealing with it. As conditions change the best approaches change—i.e., what is best depends on the circumstances and the circumstances are always changing in the ways we just looked at. For that reason, it is a mistake to rigidly believe that any economic or political system is always best because there will certainly be times when that system is not best for the circumstances at hand, and if a society doesn’t adapt it will die. That is why constantly reforming systems to adapt well is best. The test of any system is simply how well it works in delivering what most of the people want, and this can be objectively measured, which we can do and will continue to do. -->Having said that, the lesson from history that comes through most loudly and most clearly is that skilled collaborations to produce productive win-win relationships to both grow and divide the pie well, so that most people are happy, are much more rewarding and much less painful than fighting civil wars over wealth and power that lead to one side subjugating the other side." As a climate scientist and activist, this song strikes a chord deep within my soul. 🌨️❄️ "Where will we go when there is no more snow, where will we be in a year or three?" These poignant lyrics are incredibly haunting, mirroring the chilling reality of a planet in distress - our Earth! They cannot win, they never could. It’s never been about if, only when. Those that hold so many in their distorted grasp are battling the raising of our collective consciousness, our collective realisation of their criminal madness and its horrific affect on children and the innocent. Everything has changed, evolution doesn’t need our recognition to be valid, we are now informed. We see your war machine and its wealth, we see how it is, weapons of war and distorted beliefs paid for with the lives of the innocent. We see your madness driven by the past and your failure of values. Nothing you say or do can wipe away the truth. You have lost, now the question remains, how many must pay for your failed humanity. We are the real strength and we will succeed in creating a better world, for we refuse to accept your version of reality. Our future will be built from what we are truly capable of. We reject your restrictions and limitations on our thinking and we choose to release ourselves from the distortion and hold you have enjoyed over our values. In our version the whole of humanity wins. #notinmyname #endthismadnessnow #evolutionoverrevolution
