Thought provoking 2 days last week at #Prabhav24 by Impact Investors Council (IIC). Key takeaways for me: 1. It is a fairly large eco-system 2. The size of impact investing has grown big time thanks to growing CSR and global money being deployed in India 3. The jury is out on what is prime: impact or investment 4. Blended Finance and Outcome Based Finance are the current big ideas 5. Govt is crucial to impact investment 6. Tech+Finance+Policy = Success 7. Lots of deals in the Climate tech area apparently. But mostly in Solar or EV spaces 8.
