There are two things that always come to my mind when I see Satya Sir in the news. 1. Leaders don't do different things; they do things differently 2. Leaders learn from Leaders; I see what he learnt from Bill Gates has been put in full action and made into a reality. Great to see him on the Fortune 500 getting Microsoft as the number 1, 3 trillion dollars plus company. Looks there is lot to come from Microsoft through Copilotization that will be true technology industrialization making every individual and organization on this planet to achieve more with technology. Congrats again Satya Sir on another great Friday.

5moGreat article Jeremy Kahn. The opening part where Nadella suggests Phi instead of Llama is interesting to me, because I was given early access to Microsoft's new AI development tool (Azure AI Studio) where you can directly access a range of models, including ones built by competitors. When you open that "choose a model" page, the most prominently visible ones are the Llama models, by Meta. I think this is great, it shows an openness that Microsoft didn't always have. It sounds like the advice he gave the clients in the meeting was to try Phi for edge computing, which is good techincal advice. The smaller Phi models look purpose built for edge computing.
