- When your call sheets are ready there are a few things you should do before you send them out, proofread them to make sure they are all correct, check that address, make sure that there's no typos. Make sure all the phone numbers are correct because if something is incorrect and not working then your call sheet is not working. Export your call sheets, that's PDFs. Do not send them your files. You want to send them a locked document that nothing can be changed or altered. Combine all the information into a single PDF. If you're going to share the shot list with somebody like your DP, or I like to share the talent breakdown, I was talking about the talent breakdown. I will export it as a PDF and include it into one single PDF with my call sheet. You don't want people to misinformation, so putting it all in one PDF ensures they get everything in one file.
