- We've discussed many topics, from psychology and design in this course, but there's still so much more we could add. We've barely scratched the surface of the field of psychology. There are many other relevant fields and it's almost impossible to cover every type of problem or product an interaction designer might work on. But we've built a solid foundation, and we have a model to help us take a more systematic and structured approach to crafting better products that effectively meet people's needs and deliver positive experiences. If we, as interaction designers, understand how people think, what they need and expect, how they learn and remember, what motivates them, and how they react and feel, then we can identify and deliver effective solutions and excellent products.
