From the course: The 45-Minute Business Plan

Personnel plan

- The next subsection of this segment is the personnel plan where you're going to outline the payable overhead, objective for hiring employees and operating the workplace. You'll once again open with a brief statement that serves as an overview of your personnel plan. Then in bullet point form, list the different things that you're contributing to staff costs and how you and your employees will be compensated. How many employees will you be hiring and how often? How are you going to attract new employees? What key positions need to be filled? How long will the onboarding process take? What will be the starting pay and the anticipating wage increase? Will you hire subcontractors? You may take a moment to explain the workplace and your intention to stay compliant with state and county requirements for safety. You'll want to include a table like this to illustrate the previous statements.
