- As a manager, you have this awesome responsibility. You've been entrusted to both lead efforts toward important goals for your organization and care for one of the most important resources of the organization, it's people. This course is full of tips to help you do just that. I'll leave you with a couple of parting thoughts. First, make time for self-reflection. Most of us live a significant portion of our lives on autopilot. Intentional leaders can't afford to do this. Set aside some time to regularly reflect on how you're doing personally and professionally. Then, consider how things are going within your team in terms of team culture and also productivity. Make a note of where things are and consider what you'd like to change. Second, make time for self-care. You can't take care of your team, if you aren't caring for yourself.
