- [Instructor] The true value of cloud-based services such as Google Looker Studio lies in the ability to collaborate. What I mean by this is sharing your work with others. Luckily, Google Looker Studio makes this a cinch. At the top of your screen, go ahead and click on the share button and you'll be presented with a dialogue box to send your work to collaborators. All you need to do is type in the email address of the people that you wish to send your report to and I usually like to make sure that can view is selected rather than can edit. Can view just means that the recipients will have read only access. All you need to do now is go ahead and click on send. It really is that easy. I should add, you can only share your work with people if the email address of the recipient is managed by Google. Now, in some cases this might be problematic but don't worry, we have other options.
