- Hey boss, did I talk enough in the meeting yesterday? That's the question Courtney Minor asked her boss one day, and it's one a lot of people have after a big meeting. Now, what they really want to know is if they showed up with the kind of leadership presence that they want to project. So let's talk about that and we'll use Courtney's example. So Courtney had recently been promoted and was working on an important project. One day, her team had the opportunity to present their work to leadership and ask for approval to fund their project to the next stage.
