Everything is so new and you have so many opportunities to build your vision for both your products and your team, but all teams mature. Let's explore some of the ways you can remain focused on inclusion as your new team begins to mature around you. One of the largest challenges to inclusion work in maturing teams is focused being drawn away from work around these goals as the pace of other work increases. To keep your focus as the team and your workload scale, make sure that your goals for inclusion are explicit. Continue to add them to roadmaps, to planning sessions, and to reviews. Make sure that you're continuing to talk about them and continuing to communicate your expectations around them.
