Making a pattern brush
- [Instructor] I absolutely love pattern brushes. I use them so much to make complicated artwork easy or actually to make artwork that looks complicated much easier. And that's the thing, I do this for a living and I'd rather get it done well but I'd also like to get it done as quickly as possible so I can move on to the next thing. So what we're going to do here is we are going to make a very simple pattern brush. Now if you zoom in on the tiny piece of artwork, by the way, you can always print out your own poster for Shape School. But if you zoom in on the top here we have a small piece of artwork, just made of strokes. You can tell what kind of ends they have on them. Hopefully that's jogging some things in your memory, what the caps are like. So there you go. And you'll notice that there's the beginning of a repeat there.
