- [Instructor] Installing Illustrator involves just a few steps and should be fairly quick, although, of course, this does depend on your internet connection. Start off by going to the Adobe website or specifically creative.adobe.com and sign in with your Adobe ID. Now if you don't have one, you also get the opportunity to create one here too. Once you're there, go for the Creative Cloud desktop app and download that to your own computer. Once it's installed, launch it. You'll need to sign in again, and then you can go to the Apps tab, locate Illustrator, click the install button, and you should be up and running in next to no time at all.
