When you think of the concept of savoring, when it comes to setting your values, priorities and goals, I want you to think of savoring just like you do with food that tastes really good. You savor your experience. Savor means to enjoy something completely. You don't rush when you savor, you fully enjoy. I want you to begin to savor your experiences. For example, on my wedding day, my sister in law told me to savor the moments because the moments won't last forever. But the marriage does. I have taken this advice into every area of my life. Fully enjoy your relationships, your career, and your surroundings. Fully enjoy your life. When something is out of alignment, you'll notice because you won't be able to savor. You won't be able to fully enjoy it. If you're struggling, exploring your emotional attachment to a commitment, think about your ability to savor it. Think about your ability to fully enjoy it.
