- [Curt] Hi, I'm Curt Frye, welcome to the course. Google Sheets lets you transform your data dynamically using pivot tables, so in this course, I'll show you how to format your data, to summarize it using a pivot table, create and pivot your pivot table, and then change the summary operation to find exactly the information you need. After that, I'll show you how to prioritize your data by sorting a pivot table, filtering your pivot table by rule or selection, and by adding a filter field that doesn't change the pivot table's layout, but does let you limit which data appears. Throughout this course, I'll demonstrate the skills I present using a set of exercise files. If you have a premium subscription, you can download those files. You can also create your own resources or just follow along. I hope you enjoy this course. I'm sure you'll find that the time you spend with Google Sheets pivot tables will be time well spent.
