- [Instructor] When you're collaborating with someone else on a project, you might need to share documents back and forth between your computers. In order for you both to be able to work with documents and output them correctly, you need to both, have all the fonts used in those documents. FontBook has a feature that allows you to export fonts for this purpose, let's see how it works. Before you make copies of fonts and send them to someone else, it's important that you check that your font licenses allow you to do this. Some font licenses specifically prohibit copying and sharing. You can see the license for some fonts right in FontBook by clicking on them. I'll click on Alido, click on the info button, and scroll down and here's the license information. And I can see that the license for Aliedo includes no unauthorized copying, right here.
