Nurture your growth mindset

- Take a moment to think about how committed you are to creating a growth mindset. As you know, the nature of developing a growth mindset means that you'll experience ups and downs, you'll face challenges, and you'll have to push yourself outside of your comfort zone. Are you prepared to take this on, to stretch your abilities and knowledge, enhance your performance, and achieve more in your professional and personal life? In the spirit of taking action, making things happen, and personal growth, think about three things you can do right now that will help you on your path to developing a growth mindset. It could be using feedback, reframing failure, or addressing your self narrative. Detail exactly how you plan to use each one so it fits into your life, and test the process for a week or two. Then spend some time reflecting on what has worked for you, what hasn't worked so well, and how you plan to make changes to achieve even better outcomes in the future. Repeat this test and reflection process again and again to practice continuous development and ensure that nurturing a growth mindset becomes a habit for you.
