- [Instructor] When scanning your inked images, you may end up with lots of extraneous light lines that you need to clean up. Let's look at using level correction to clean up this scan. So if we look closely in particularly around this arm, there's a lot of little extra lines. You could see that even though it's a black and white scan, I had done the under drawing with the blue line pencil, and some of the blue showed up as a light gray on this scan. Well, I want this to look better. So first thing I am going to do, is I'm going to select the layer. Here it is. It has my scan on it. I'm going to go to layer, new correction layer, level correction. You can adjust the right, which is the light and you can adjust the darkness, but to get rid of all those grains, I might move this light over quite a bit. And then you can adjust the middle section let's go a little bit more get that even cleaned up more and then…
