A call to innovate

- If you've been applying the innovation process to your problem to solve, you have now innovated one aspect of your personal and professional life. This is amazing, congratulations, and job well done! How do you feel? You have innovated, you've created a new future and transformed your ideas into value. Take a moment and reflect on your journey. To close out our time together, I want to share with you something I wrote called "The Innovators Manifesto." We are the innovators, the disruptors, the pioneers. We explore new thoughts and ideas. We know there are limitless possibilities. We see things differently, and believe boldness should be celebrated. We are never afraid to push boundaries and challenge the status quo because we believe there's a better future. We long for everyone to bring their passions and ideas to work. We desire that everyone can fully utilize all of their creative gifts, and we want everyone to see that anything is possible, and for them to realize they have the agency to create a new future. This is an invitation for everyone to innovate. This dream is for the intern, the new grad, the analyst, the admin, the professional, the leader, the executive, and everyone in between, we are calling to you. Innovation wasn't meant to be a buzzword, it wasn't meant to be something for those people, it's meant for everyone. Innovation is a call for change, a call for disruption, a call to create a better future for yourself, your team, and your organization. Your best ideas, your best thoughts are waiting to be unleashed. So rise up innovators of today and tomorrow so that your passions can rise, your ideas soar, and you can create the future you want to see today! Will you answer the call?
