It is inevitable that you will face difficult moments in your work and personal life. If you want to not only survive, but thrive through these moments, you'll need a healthy dose of resilience. But resilience isn't taught in schools. So how do we flex this muscle? I'm Doctor Emily Anhalt, a clinical psychologist with two decades of experience supporting people through difficult moments. And I'm honored to be here to share some tools and tips for increasing your resilience. Let's jump right in.
