- One of the cool things about Blender, is how many amazing, high-quality free assets exist online. Introduced in Blender 3.0, Blender Kit is one of those resources that you can grab right now, that's free to use and allows you to bring in incredibly high quality assets into your scene. Let me show you. You'll want to go to blender kit.com, and click on "Download BlenderKit," and then download again. This is going to download a zip file, but don't worry, you don't need to unzip it. Back inside of Blender, you need to go to Edit, Preferences, click on your add-on's, and then click on Install. Once you navigate to where that zip file was downloaded, go ahead and click on it, and then click install add-on. Remember, you don't need to unzip the file.
