Using workspaces in AutoCAD

- [Instructor] As before, we're staying in the Interface.DWG file. And what I want to take you through this time are known as Workspaces in AutoCAD. They don't get used that often and they're quite underrated and underused, but they're incredibly helpful, if you want to save a particular interface configuration that you're using in AutoCAD. Now, right now, with our Interface.DWG file we're using the Drafting & Annotation workspace. So how do you get your workspaces to show what they are and what they're doing? Well, if you go down to the status bar, bottom right there's a little gear cog. If you click on the flyout arrow next to it that allows you to look at your workspace switching there. So we're using the Drafting and Annotation workspace. It's ticked at the moment. Now, if I selected 3D Basics, watch what happens. The ribbon changes and various things kick in, in AutoCAD.
