- [Instructor] We're starting a new chapter now and we're going to take a look at a couple of drawing management tools that are available in AutoCAD. The first one we're going to look at is the DWG Compare command, and it's great for comparing different versions of the same drawing. Now you'll notice in the drawing area we've got simple objects, 001 dot dwg. I've also got another drawing open. Simple Objects 002 dot dwg. You'll notice simple objects 002 we are missing the hexagon. Simple objects 001 has got the little hexagon in it. So the two drawings follow the same theme, but they differ. They're missing the little pink hexagon on the right hand side in simple objects 002. Now if I just jump up to the Collaborate tab on the ribbon there's the DWG Compare command there. So what we need to do is we need to compare one drawing against the other. So, at the moment our current file is Simple Objects 001. I need to go to…
