- [Instructor] All right, congratulations. We have made it to the part of the course where we begin Agile. So first key difference, is unlike Waterfall and Lean manufacturing, Agile was created specifically for the development of software and it focuses on building that software incrementally from the start, instead of all at once, like Waterfall did. So as you can see, we've taken some of the lessons we learned from Waterfall and the influence of Lean and we now have a product delivery model that focuses on software and building that incrementally. We do this by breaking the project into smaller deliverables and releasing those for feedback from users. If we use our pizza example again, 'cause apparently I'm very hungry today, we can illustrate the key difference between Waterfall and Agile. For Waterfall on the top row or non-Agile, we would define the entire pizza before releasing it for feedback. So again…
