- [Instructor] The best option I've been able to implement across multiple companies to really get the UX team ahead and able to do their best work while in Agile is something called Dual-Track Agile. So let's review the basics of Dual-Track Agile. As you can see from the image, we now have two completely separate tracks. We have the blue track on top, which is referred to as the Discovery Track, and we have the gray track down below, which we can call the Delivery Track. We've now completely decoupled the two Agile tracks, unlike Sprint n-1, and we now have the product owner and the UX research and design resources up in the Discovery Track. This team is working their own sprints, completely independent of the development team, and we now have UX working with the product owner to define the Epics, user stories, and the product backlog.
