Are you a mid-level UX researcher or designer struggling to deliver the quality you know you can in the timelines dictated you by Agile frameworks? Most UX programs teach you the methodologies used in industry, but don't focus on how those methodologies are difficult to implement successfully, given the tight timelines prescribed by Agile. My name is Eric Nordquist, and I've worked as a UX professional for 20 years, managing teams at large corporations, as well as teaching future students as a professor. In this course, we'll go over the fundamentals of Agile, the different frameworks used to deliver Agile and review some proven strategies for how we, as UX professionals, can be successful in an Agile environment.
