Note: Candidate Must have Airlines Domain Experience and RoadMap Architecture and Implementation Designing Experience.

Job Description

The UI/UX Architect will play a pivotal role in designing the user experience . This position involves a blend of creative and technical skills, aimed at delivering intuitive, user-centered designs and wireframes for new products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating engaging user experiences and a proven track record of bringing complex design concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of innovative user interfaces and user experiences for new products, from concept through to launch.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand product vision and user needs.
  • Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications as needed to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and identify user pain points to be addressed in the design.
  • Analyze user feedback and activity, and iterate to enhance the user experience.
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards to ensure consistency across all products.
  • Stay abreast of UI/UX trends and look for creative ideas and inspiration in parallel analogous worlds.
  • Create and maintain a UI/UX design library to ensure consistent branding and user experiences across multiple products.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure that design specifications are implemented.
  • Lead and mentor junior designers and team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a tech or software development environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, InVision, and other prototyping tools.
  • Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
  • Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
